CHECK IN IS FROM 2:00 PM TO 11:00 PM
You can check in anytime after 2PM.
Please message us if you are going to arrive earlier and we may be able to accommodate you.
CHECK OUT IS TILL 12PM
We do our best to accommodate late check out, so please get in touch with us if you need that.
We can accommodate depending on availability.
Q&A
From 2PM to 12AM, we’ll give you the key card on direct.
After midnight, please contact us as soon as possible to get the instruction how to get the key and self check in.
In the daytime, you can park your motorbike in front of our maindoor (depend on emty spot).
In the day and night time, please park your motorbike in our lobby.
If you arrive by car, please park it at 83 Suong Nguyet Anh Street Pham Ngu Lao Ward District 1
Of course, you can check in late after midnight. Please contact us as soon as possible if you gonna check in at that time, so we can send the instruction how to self check in.
If you check out before 8AM, please contact your hosts to know what do you need to do for the check out.
From 8AM to 12PM, we will support you check out on direct.
